As Your Buyer’s Agent I Will:

Meet with you to discuss your buying needs and criteria; commit my time, information systems, expenses, advice and experience to assist you in finding and buying your desired property; and communicate with you as often as you feel necessary throughout the buying process.

I will work on your search until we find you the property you desire or you ask me to stop looking.

Once we have found what you want I will prepare a Market Analysis to determine fair market value; help you develop a negotiating strategy; draft the Purchase Agreement Contract and review it with you thoroughly; represent you through the offer process; and negotiate on your behalf.

Once under contract I will guide you through all aspects of the transaction and exercise skill, care and professionalism throughout the process.

As The Buyer You Will:

Let me know quickly if your plans or home criteria change; sign a Buyer Agency Agreement which makes me your agent under the laws of the State of Tennessee; tell me if you want to see property listed by another agent, for sale by owner or a new home for sale by the builder; notify other agents or owners that you may meet at open houses that you are represented by Carson Day at RE/MAX Preferred Properties; tell me what you like and dislike about the properties we go to see; provide necessary information regarding your finances and ability to buy; tell me immediately if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of my service; and please tell everyone about the positive experience you have with my service!
